South Berkeley Volunteer Fire Company protects the greater Inwood and Bunker Hill areas of Berkeley County, WV. We operate out of two stations with two engines, an engine/tanker, a heavy rescue squad, a brush unit, and a utility vehicle. We take great pride in our community, apparatus, and fire station. Our volunteers are supplemented by two Berkeley County career firefighters Monday-Friday 0600-1800.
We are always looking for new volunteers for operations, administration, and auxiliary tasks. All required training and personal protective equipment is provided by the fire company. Our membership application and physical form can be found HERE! |
2025 Purses Galore

We are excited to announce our Purses Galore event taking place on June 7 2025 at Heritage Hall in Inwood, WV. Each ticket includes admission to the live event for one person, two numbers, a catered meal, non-alcoholic drinks, and wine/beer (cash liquor bar will also be available) Tickets are $20.00 each. Tickets purchased online will have a photo of the ticket emailed and the physical ticket will be available at the door on the day of the event.
